SEO TIP
I should say trick because it works very well. I found that if you search Google with quotes around the keyword or phrase it will show you how many pages or using that exact phrase. The trick is to find a phrase that has people searching for it but almost zero other people using that exact phrase on a website. I use a combination of Ubersuggest to see the search volume. I have found if you look at the Ubersuggest competition and find a phrase with low volume it is more likely to be low on Google.
OPTIMIZATION
It can take hours to find that related phrase to your content with zero on a Google search. You need to use the best key phrases for titles. Add content to the page and put a few of the phrases you are using for the title into your content. I use Yoast for my SEO so when I get a green light then it is good to go. Now submit that page to Google and Bing. Google takes weeks but usually within a few minutes you can find that page on Bing’s first page results for a search of the phrase without the quotes.
